What is online consent?

For applications that require family consent through the online store or My Y!mobile system eliminates the need to print and fill out a paper consent form, making it easier for family members to give consent than through a dedicated website.
Online consent is available for the following services and contracts.

  • Use online consent from the online store
  • Use online consent from My Y!mobile

This is a method to use online consent when applying for a new contract, Changing devices, MNP, or number transfer procedures at the online store.

Online consent usage procedure

STEP1

Apply for online consent
(Contract holder)

Please enter the names and email addresses of your family members who agree to the terms and conditions and complete your application.
After completing your application, please give your family the consent access code that will be sent to you by email.

STEP2

Accept the online agreement
(Family)

We will send the URL of the dedicated site to your family's email address.
Enter the consent access code, check the contents, and then agree.

STEP3

Confirmation of the contents of your consent
(Y!mobile)

We will confirm the details you have agreed to and then proceed with the review and registration procedures for the service and contract.

Notes:

When using online consent, please check the following precautions and inform your family in advance.

  • The URL for the dedicated website will be sent to the family's contact email address. Please make sure to enter it correctly.
  • If your family members have designated domain reception, please contact us in advance to have them set up their email settings to receive emails from "@mail.my.ymobile.jp/@ols.ymobile.jp".
  • If the payer is different from the contract holder, Y!mobile (0800-888-4468) will contact you via automated message to confirm after your family member has given their consent.
  • Please note that if you do not agree within 10 days after completing your application, your application will be canceled.

Online consent usage procedure

STEP1

Log in to My Y!mobile and proceed to the procedure for the applicable service.

STEP2

Apply for online consent
(Applicant)

Please enter the name, phone number, and email address of the family member who agrees to the service to complete your application.
After completing your application, please give your family the "Online Consent Access Code" that will be sent to you by email.

STEP3

Agree on the online consent site
(Family)

We will send the URL of the dedicated site to your family's email address.
After logging in to the dedicated site, enter the "Online Consent Access Code", check the details, and then complete the consent process.
After consent is complete, an "online consent authentication code" will be sent to the applicant by email.

STEP4

Apply for Family Discount service on My Y!mobile
(Applicant)

Apply for Family Discount Service through My Y!mobile. To consent to Family Discount Service, select "Agree online" and enter the "Online Consent Authentication Code" you received in STEP 3 to apply.
