How to unlock the SIM

A SIM lock means that you cannot use a SIM card from any carrier other than the one you purchased it from.
We have compiled a list of SIM unlocking procedures for each mobile phone company so that you can use your smartphone with Y!mobile.

[Note]
If you plan to use a device purchased from Y!mobile, there is no need to unlock the SIM.

For SoftBank users

You must unlock the SIM before performing the initial setup.
Please complete the SIM unlock procedure via My SoftBank.
