Regarding the telecommunications service contract, if network coverage at your home, workplace, or school is insufficient, if adequate explanation was not provided, or if you did not receive the contract documents, you may cancel the related product sales contract (*) within 8 days from the start of service or the receipt of contract documents (including the said start date), whichever is later.
If a product is damaged or soiled during delivery, or if there is any defect, we will replace it, so please contact us within 8 days of the product arriving. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
However, if you do not return the defective product to us within 8 days from the date you contacted us, you will be charged an amount equivalent to the price of the replacement item (as listed in the online shop).
Products ordered through the Y!mobile Online Store are not subject to the statutory cooling-off period, and they can only be returned if they fall under the 8-day cancellation policy. Please contact us by phone at the number below and return the product in accordance with the return instructions provided.
If you fail to return the cancelled product, you may be billed for an amount equivalent to the product's price. If you purchased multiple items at the same time, you cannot cancel just a portion of the order.

For returns or exchanges due to initial defects, all items included at the time of sale must be returned together. We may not be able to accept an exchange for an initial defect if items included initially are missing.
Any personal items included in a return package, such as accessories like screen protectors or cases, letters, or packaging containing personal information, will be disposed of (these items cannot be returned).
