※The MNP reservation number is valid for 15 days, including the issue date.In the online store, you can carry out procedures without an MNP reservation number if one-stop MNP is available with the carrier you are transferring from.

Under the Mobile Phone Improper Use Prevention Act, you are required to present the documents stipulated by Y!mobile when you enter into a contract. See the Y!mobile website (▶https://www.ymobile.jp/support/process/honkaku/) for details. You are required to present the documents in the box below when applying for an instalment purchase contract.
Please have the original documents with you. Photocopies are not accepted. The documents presented are not used for other than applicant identification. We may ask you to present one or more of the following documents depending on the contents of your application:

Using a SIM in your iPhone via Y!mobile
Setting Y!mobile with an Android smartphone
If you are unable to connect to the Internet (send and receive mobile data) using the latest version of iOS, follow the procedure below to set up your APN.
Download and install the iPhone APN setup configuration profile
Connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data, and open Y!mobile official website in Safari.
Tap「APN設定用の構成プロファイル」.
Tap “Allow”.
Tap “Close”.
Return to the Home screen,tap on “Settings”, then tap on “Profile Downloaded”.
Tap“Install”.
When prompted for your passcode, enter it following the directions on the screen.
Tap“Install”.
Tap “Done”.The setup is now complete.
If another company’s profile is set up, you will not be able to install Y!mobile profile.Make sure to delete the profile.
Delete your APN profile
Tap“Setting”.
Tap“General”.
Tap “VPN and Device Management”
Tap the confirmation for another company’s SIM profile.
When the profile screen comes up, tap“Remove Profile”.
When prompted for your passcode, enter it following the instructions on screen.
Tap“Remove”.
Profile deletion is complete.
Set up an APN to communicate.
Please follow the steps below even if the APN is already set up automatically.
Depending on your device, your APN may be set up automatically. If the mobile communication cannot be established, configure APN in the following steps.
Swipe up on the Home screen
Tap “Settings”.
Tap “Network and Internet※”.
Tap “Internet※”.
Tap “Settings”.
Tap “Access Point Names (APNs)” at the bottom of the page.
Check via browser or other app whether the mobile communication is available. → STEP12
