●Contract month: If the contract is made in the middle of the month, the basic fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
●Cancellation month: Even if you cancel in the middle of the month, the full basic fee will be charged (it will not be prorated).
●Domestic calls cost 22 yen per 30 seconds.
●With Simple3 L, you can make domestic calls of up to 10 minutes per call to mobile phones and landlines (including IP phones) at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to disconnect calls that we deem to be excessively long.
For new contracts made on or after July 1, 2026, if you cancel within one year of the line activation month, a contract termination fee will be charged according to Price Plan you were subscribed to at the time of cancellation.
Simple3 S /M: 858 yen, Simple3 L: 1,100 yen
When you subscribe to Simple3 L, you can use "Voicemail Plus," "Fixed Amount Stop Service," "Call Waiting," and "Group Calling" at no additional charge.
Each service requires a separate application.
If you switch to Simple3 S /M plan while using any of the services, the monthly fee for each service will be charged from the following month. If you do not wish to use the service, you will need to cancel it separately.
● Some calls are excluded, such as international roaming, international calls (calls to overseas destinations), calls to satellite phones, calls to phone numbers with rates set by other companies (e.g., 0570), and directory assistance (104). Calls to NTT Docomo's satellite phone service (WideStar) will cost 177.1 yen per 30 seconds.
●Domestic SMS messages cost between 3.3 and 33 yen per message, depending on the number of characters sent. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.
● A contract processing fee will be charged (in-store: 4,950 yen, online: 3,850 yen).
Telephone universal service fee, telephone relay service fee, and broadband universal service fee will be charged separately.
●If you wish to use the answering machine service, you will need to subscribe to Answering Machine Plus separately.
●This includes the standard data allowance (5GB/30GB/35GB) plus any additional data allowance provided by Extra Data Option (only for subscribers of Extra Data Option).
If the total data usage exceeds 2GB/5GB/5GB, the data communication speed will be reduced until the end of the month (maximum 300kbps for Simple3 S and 1Mbps for Simple3 M /L for both sending and receiving). Furthermore, if half of the specified data capacity (2.5GB/15GB/17.5GB) is consumed, the data communication speed will be reduced until the end of the month (maximum 128kbps for both sending and receiving).
●Some calls are not covered, such as international roaming, international calls (calls to overseas), calls to satellite phones, calls to the answering machine center (1416 when playing back, etc.), calls to forwarding numbers in call forwarding services, Navidial (0570), directory assistance (104), and telephone numbers designated by our company and published separately (ymobile.jp/r/telephone/).
●If we determine that a call is an unauthorized long-term call, we may disconnect the call.
●If you change your plan to an ineligible Price Plan, this option will be automatically canceled.
●If we determine that you have made any of the following calls, we will terminate this service or suspend use of the calls in question on a date specified by us.
- Connecting the phone to any device or facility without our prior permission.
- Using the service for the purpose of directly earning income from communications, such as by using the communication intermediary or forwarding function or connecting to services provided by other companies.
- Calls made automatically using software, computer programming, etc. (excluding those provided by us or telecommunications carriers authorized by us).
- Communications used for purposes other than phone calls.
