If the transfer procedure for the device is completed before the customer has paid off the installment debt for the device
Terms and conditions of use
- All of the following conditions must be met after the start date of the benefit application period.
- You must declare your phone number (Y!mobile users) or device contract number (non Y!mobile users) and apply to use the benefits.
- The Company will collect the device and complete the appraisal by the end of the month following the date of application for the benefit.
- The model meets the assessment criteria and the IMEI can be confirmed.
- The Program has not been cancelled, terminated or terminated at the time of applying to use the Rewards.
- You have not neglected to pay any debts owed to us.
- The model is not subject to network usage restrictions.
Notes:
- If the model does not meet the assessment criteria, or if the remaining installment debt falls below the breakdown charge [22,000 yen (the amount specified on our website for Breakdown Security Pack Plus subscribers)], you will not be able to use the benefit.
- If you have set up an eSIM profile when applying for the benefit, you will need to delete the registered information from the applicable device when you initialize it. We will not be liable for any damages suffered by you due to loss or leakage of data caused by failure to do so.
- If you pay off all installment payments for the model or apply for lump-sum repayment, the program will end.
- Once you have applied to use a Reward, the application cannot be revoked or cancelled, and you cannot apply for it again.
- When collecting a device, we will carry out identity verification in accordance with the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with the Trade-in Program. May not be used in conjunction with other campaigns, programs, or discounts.
- SoftBank Certified (SoftBank certified used items) Y!mobile Outlet products are not eligible for "New Special Support (A)."
- If you use the Breakdown Security Pack Plus benefit to replace your phone, the replaced phone will be collected and appraised. In this case, you will no longer be able to use the benefit on the old phone after the replacement.
- If you transfer your model with our approval before the installment debt for the model is paid in full, the rights and obligations related to this program will not be transferred to the transferee or successor. However, if you carry out the transfer procedure after applying to use the benefits, the rights and obligations will be transferred only if the conditions and procedures separately specified by our company are met.
