For Smartphone Plan and Smartphone Basic

The data capacity added with this option can be used to return to normal speeds when you have used up the data capacity specified in your Price Plan and your communication speed has slowed down.
Depending on your contracted Price Plan, the additional charge for restoring normal speeds (hereinafter referred to as the "additional charge") will be discounted as follows:

*Customers must apply to return to normal speeds themselves via My Y!mobile etc.
* Discounts on additional charges will be applied at the time of invoice.
*If you change Price Plan, the number of free additional charges and discount amount will be applied according to the new Price Plan.

Carry-over when subscribing to Extra Data Option

Simple3 M

* The maximum amount of data that can be carried over to the next month is the data capacity of the plan you sign up for the following month (including any increase in data capacity due to Extra Data Option).
* Data volume will be consumed in the following order: carried-over data > default data volume (including data volume increased through Extra Data Option) > additional data volume purchased.
* Carried-over data volume can be used until the end of the following month. Any amount less than 100MB of carried-over data will be rounded down.
* For shared plans, data can be carried over during the period when data capacity is shared with the parent line (while sharing is in effect). However, unused data capacity from the month before sharing with the parent line begins and the final month when sharing is terminated will not be carried over to the next month.

Important Notice for Customers Setting Up Auto Charge

Starting September 1, 2021, Simple S/M/L customers will no longer need to purchase additional data capacity when subscribing to Extra Data Option. Therefore, customers who have auto-charge set to 1-14 times are asked to turn it off. To change the setting, please apply here. *You will need to log in to My Y!mobile.
Any data purchased through auto-charge before the setting change will incur a charge (0.5GB/550 yen).

* Customers who have subscribed to Extra Data Option for the Smartphone Basic Plan/Smartphone Plan/Mobile Basic Plan SS/Mobile Plan SS and have auto-charge enabled will also fall under the above conditions if they change their plan to Simple S/M/L.
*Changes to auto-charge settings will be reflected immediately.

Notes:

●For customers currently taking advantage of a campaign that offers increased data volume, the campaign will be applied first, so your data volume will remain the same. However, no monthly charges will be incurred even if you apply for Extra Data Option while the campaign is in effect.
●Even if you sign up or cancel in the middle of the month, the monthly fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis.
●If you apply for a new contract at the same time, the discount will be applied from the month of application. For other applications, the discount will be applied from the month following application.
●For customers who have subscribed to Extra Data Option with Simple S/M/L before August 17, 2021, the change to the option and the carryover of increased data from Extra Data Option will come into effect from September 1, 2021. Until the change, the previous Extra Data Option content (discount on additional charges for applying to restore slower communication speeds to normal speeds) will remain in effect.
●If you exceed the 5GB carryover limit, your communication speed will slow down.
●This option cannot be used in conjunction with previous promotions that increased data capacity (such as double data capacity promotions).
