Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened products, products received more than 9 days ago, or products that are soiled or damaged due to customer negligence. Return shipping costs for returns due to customer reasons will be borne by the customer.
If you discover any damage or soiling due to an accident during delivery, or if there are any initial defects or malfunctions within 8 days of receiving the product, we will replace it.
If an exchange is not possible, the sales contract may be canceled and a refund may be issued.
