- ●From summer 2026 onwards, "Overseas Safety Flat Rate (Flat Rate Country L)" and "Overseas Packet Unlimited" will no longer be available.

- ●If your data usage exceeds 2GB per month, your data transfer speed will be limited to 128kbps for both sending and receiving data until the end of the month.
To return to normal speed, you can purchase additional data at a cost of 1,000 yen per 1GB.
- ●If you are using "Simple 3", from September 25, 2025, until around summer 2026. If you are using "Simple 2" or "Simple", from July 2026, you can use both the "Flat Rate Country L" plan of "Overseas Safety Flat Rate" and the "Overseas Packet Unlimited" service up to a maximum of 6,860 yen per month without additional charges.
- ●Customers who sign up for a new contract with SIM-only plans will not be able to use overseas data communication for four months from the month of contract.
- ●Voice calls, SMS messages, and international SMS messages made overseas are not included.
- ●You need to be subscribed to a global mobile phone service.
- ●If any of the following conditions apply, you will no longer be able to use overseas data communication on the dates specified below (Japan Standard Time).

- ●Depending on the model, bringing it into your destination country/region may be prohibited by law. Please check the regulations of your destination country in advance.

How to make and receive calls overseas
- ●Depending on the country you are calling, you may be charged even if the call does not go through. Also, you may be charged even if you call a telephone number that the recipient pays for (such as a toll-free number).

Caution regarding theft and loss
Mobile phones have an IC chip, a USIM card, which records your phone number and other information. (If you use an eSIM, it is embedded in the smartphone itself.) Setting a PIN code: Set a PIN code
USIM cards/eSIM cards have a secret code called a PIN code. Change the PIN code that is set to "9999" at the time of purchase, and set it so that you enter the PIN code when you turn on the power.

Service Revision Notice
- ① Revision of the fixed-rate plan for country L
- (1) Increased data usage limit: Increased from 3GB/24 hours to unlimited/24 hours.
- (2) Plan expansion: We will change from the current three types of plans (24 hours/72 hours/96 hours) to a plan that allows you to select the usage period from 1 to 31 days in 1-day increments.
- ② Introduction of speed restrictions when using large amounts of data.
For the Flat Rate Country L plan, starting from a date we will separately announce in the spring of 2027, if the amount of data used within a 24-hour period (hereinafter referred to as a "unit period") exceeds 10GB, the communication speed for sending and receiving data will be limited to a maximum of 4.5Mbps until the start of the next unit period.
- ③ Changes to the application conditions
Customers who meet any of the following conditions will be deemed to have applied for this service. However, even if you meet any of the following conditions, if you cancel this service and then wish to subscribe again, you will need to apply for this service again.
- - If you apply to subscribe to "World Compatible Mobile Phone" on or after June 2, 2026
- - If you applied for Simple3 S /M/L on or after June 2, 2026*, AND applied for or are subscribed to World Compatible Mobile Phone
- * If you are applying for a plan change, plan changes between Simple3 S /M/L are not eligible.
The unlimited overseas data plan will be discontinued on a date that we will announce separately (on our website) after December 2026.
After the end date of the "Unlimited Overseas Data Plan," customers who meet the following two conditions can use the "Overseas Peace of Mind Flat Rate Plan."

Caution regarding theft and loss
Mobile phones have an IC chip, a USIM card, which records your phone number and other information. (If you use an eSIM, it is embedded in the smartphone itself.) The USIM card/eSIM is also the basis for billing your usage fees. If any charges are incurred due to use by a third party, you will be responsible for these charges. If your mobile phone is stolen or lost, please contact the International Call Center (see below) immediately. Your line will be suspended immediately.
Setting a PIN code: Set a PIN code
USIM cards/eSIM cards have a secret code called a PIN code. Change the PIN code that is set to "9999" at the time of purchase, and set it so that you enter the PIN code when you turn on the power.

- ※Please be careful not to forget your PIN code. (If you enter the wrong PIN code three times in a row) The PIN lock can be released by entering the PIN unlock code (PUK code). Please contact the International Call Center (see below) for information on the PUK code.
