- ●If you delete your eSIM profile, or if your device is lost or broken, you will need to reissue your eSIM profile. Reissuing an eSIM profile will incur an eSIM reissue fee.
If you apply for eSIM reissue through My Y!mobile, there will be no handling fee.
- ※If you are unable to log in to My Y!mobile using line authentication due to reasons such as deleting your profile or losing your device, you will need to go to a store and incur an administrative fee.
Regarding certification of technical standards for mobile phones
If you use a mobile phone sold by another company with Y!mobile 's eSIM, please make sure that the mobile phone complies with laws and regulations, including technical standards compliance certification.
